Friendly staff. They've improved their signage, perhaps in response to an earlier reviewer? (See photo.)For full-time RVers: They do accept general delivery mail.

I was sent a certified letter on April 23rd. I didn't receive it until May 10th. The Currier never got out of the vehicle then proceeded to put a slip in the mailbox and act like they couldn't get ahold of anyone. I work from home and nobody ever came to my house for a signature. This is ridiculous. Be careful they have no regard to legal papers. This could get someone in a lot of trouble just because they won't deliver certified mail correctly.

I never leave this type of comment but I need to put a star to be able to write PESIMO SERVICE!!!! The girl at the front is very poorly educated and treats citizens very badly, it's embarrassing that she works for USPS where she has to deal with people all the time!! Terrible, terrible, terrible! If you need a POBox or anything go to other place ?

I wish The US Government would replace the post Master at this place. She doesn't return calls. This post Office will send back very important mail. When I complained about why they are sending my mail back. I got no answer. Nor did they call me back. Strange thing I get all the junk mail sent my way. But not my important things like bank debit cards or mail from Social security office. But if nothing is done. These bad people will keep thinking they have power over us.

If you can read this sign from your car congratulations. It took us 30 minutes to locate USING GOOGLE MAPS. Bigger, more visible signs would be incredibly helpful. The sign for the ‘shaved ice’ stand was much more adequately visible. I recommend hiring whoever painted that in neon hues to re-paint the post office. Get it together Davie County.

They continue to give us the neighbors mail and they will not handle the situation so when I put out a complaint and opened a case they put a note in my mailbox refusing to give us our mail unless we fill out a form even though the problem is the ignorant and unprofessional behavior of the mail carrier giving us another addresses mail, which should not have anything to do with us filling out a form. At this point it appears they are being vindictive over the complaint and illegally holding our mail from us.

Our mail has been delivered to neighbors and vice versa. This has happened twice in the past two weeks. Besides there being an issue with the mail containing private, personal information, you are delaying the owner in receiving their mail on time. This can cause problems when you are expecting a bill etc. The two recent incidents involved me and a neighbor that shared the same numeric address but lived on different streets in the neighborhood. She received my mail (which contained a very important piece of mail) and about three-4 days later, I received her's. This is a serious issue and needs to be handed immediately and effectively.

Have had issues with the post office off and on for the past 10 years. It has really went downhill in the past couple of years. Packages are routinely damaged, mail is put in the wrong mailboxes on our street on a regular basis. A mail carrier last summer handed my mail to a friend walking up my driveway! Luckily, I knew him. It is hard to be able to talk to the Postmaster as she only works in the morning and the phone has a constant busy signal. Went there today to complain that photographs that were clearly marked and had two layers of cardboard protecting them were damaged because the mail carrier folded the envelope in half to cram in the mailbox. She stated that they would have the carrier pay me for the photographs if I would bring an invoice but I told her she was missing the point - I just want good mail delivery. I told her I had to move my business address to another county to have good mail delivery. I'm not worried about the money from the pictures. She just walked off while I was trying to talk. It seems pretty clear the post office does not care about customer service at all.

These people are the best! If you ever have a problem, they will do everything with their power to resolve it. Always friendly and always smiling. You're usually going to run into a neighbor so it'sa good place to catch up on the local "news".
