Horrible ! It took about two hours to get serviced even though it was two days before new years. My middle finger nail litterly broke the next day less then 17 hours later, when I called they said " wear & tear, we don't redo nails" remind you guys I work from home and due to the holidays I've been chilling not doing much of anything. . Then on the 5th days my pointer finger nail broke and now they have a horrible film on them that I'm assuming the matte nail polish is coming off ? Horrible will never go back there, at the end of the day business is Business and they are horrible with customer service.

I went in after a horrendous nail experience at Top Nails in Williamston. I could not have been happier with the choice. Tina was patient, understanding and she made me feel very comfortable. I am beyond happy I visited and I am beyond satisfied with the finished job.

Very gentle on my hands and took their time on me. I would of given 5 stars, bit it took them over an hour to get to me. They don't do appointments either.

If I could give a negative 10 i would. My first time going and my last time. Today is 4/16/2021..I got to Le Nails in Ahoskie NC at 315pm and waited until 445pm to be called to get my nails done. Everyone wore masks which was a good thing. As I sat and waited I watched several clients sit in the chairs getting there nails done. But none of the nail techs were cleaning the chairs and workstations between clients.. I watched the lady doing the pedicures and noticed she cleaned the bowl and massage chair between clients...so I was thinking that when it's my turn to get my nails done that they would clean the chair for me. So after waiting for almost 2 hours and finally being called ..I asked the skinny rude male nail tech if he will clean the chair and workstation..he said there was no covid on the chair nor his desk..I asked him did they have spray, alcohol or wipes ..he said no he wasn't cleaning anything...they don't have nothing to clean with..I said you want me to sit behind someone and you don't know if they have covid or not...u don't sanitize anything you are using and you think this place is covid free. I told him I won't get my nails done..and he asked thats fine, ok. He said it in a way as if he could care less. I would not recommend this place to no one. Take your money elsewhere. I know ahoskie is not a big town but it maybe worth the drive to Greenville NC to get your nails done. They are slow as heck and you would think the least they could do is care enough about their clients safety and clean after each client. Le nails needs to show that they care about keeping clients. It's could out here and going to this place is a could case waiting to happen. I'm never going back. The place I go to now cleans behind each client and they wash their hands. They show me they appreciated my business and welcomed me to come back..that's how you keep a client. Terrible customer service. Glenda G
