One of the sorriest McDonald's ever. Stale fries, overcooked fish. Tasted like it was fried 3 times. Coke looked like tea it was lacking syrup so much. Cashier obviously hated her job and wanted to pass along the mood.

Coworker went through the drive through Friday morning. I was the only one to get a particular item, and now I have what seems to be Norovirus. Wash your hands.... Oh, and why must you order ketchup packs at the pay window, or get verbally abused by the food delivery window.....

i will NEVER recommend this restaurant in particular to anyone. i understand that these workers are human & we all make mistakes, but these mistakes are FOUL. ordered a combo last week & on my way home, i was eating fries out of the bag. i felt around the bag for the holder, but i didn’t feel it so i was just going to wait until i got home when i could actually see. got home, THERE WAS NO FRY HOLDER. they just sprinkled a few fries in the bag & called it a day. what kind of mess is that?

Placed my order online at 5:18pm for 2 40 piece nuggets for an event. Got my email confirmation. Showed up to location at 6:07 to the manager Octavia saying she has no record of my order. She checked my app and confirmed the location is correct but still can't locate my order. I placed my order early enough to accommodate. I asked for my money back. She says she can't find my order to give me my money back. She proceeds to make the food but doesn't come back for me to figure out the next move. All while several others are in line upset. Kiosk orders only with card no register. People are leaving due to not being able to place orders. She finally comes back 30 minutes later and I said I'd just take the food because at this point that would be faster than waiting for the refund. She then tries to tell me that I showed up 40 minutes late. Now, the app doesn't let me set a pickup time and that was regardless of the issue. You didn't have my order anyways so what difference does the time make? I paid 23 dollars for an order that I had to wait almost 2 hours for. Not ok! Not acceptable!

Went to drive thru, only car in line and was asked to park. 15 minutes later, came out with order and part was missing and fries were cold. Another 10 minutes before we got rest of order. Fast food and it took half an hour.

Shykira Parker has the best customer service at this store. She is always smiling, cheerful and very pleasant to talk to. I come there at least 2 to 3 times a day and she is always there with a smile on her face. This store has a lot of employees that could learn a lot from this young lady.
