“I just want to send a huge thank you to Verizon Wireless. For months I have been trying to find help through the automated system and each time has been a disaster. I had the day off today and I walked into the Verizon store located in Ahoskie, and I was greeted by an Agent by the name of Missy. OMG!!! I didn’t even have to describe my issues to her; she immediately welcomed me when I walked into the store. She solved my issues ASAP. As she worked on my problems with my phone and phone service, we had a wonderful conversation. She worked on the phone and still had time to talk me out of my emotional state of mind at that time. Upon meeting her, I thought for sure she would try to give me the run around but NOPE, she handled EVERYTHING WITH EASE AND THAT BEHAVIOR PUT ME AT EASE. As a AA woman with a Masters level Social Work degree, I totally approve of her customer service she was just awesome, so awesome that I purchased more Apple products from the store. Thank you so much Missy, please don’t leave this location you are needed here really bad. Yes the wait time is a little longer but please be patient as the team in Ahoskie is providing one on one direct service to each member.”
