“We went to this Walgreens for our first covid vaccine. Only ones in the area that does the kids is Ahoskie and Washington. We live in Plymouth. We went to Washington today and after acquiring my paperwork, we were informed we needed an appointment and could schedule one for the next day. This was around 1:30 in the afternoon. I called Ahoskie to inquire and was told to come right on, no appointment, no problem! Definitely way more accommodating to the customer!”

“I get regular prescriptions and get 90days at a time. I normally put in refills (when they have refill on file) 3-4 days in advance and they are usually done the day after I call them in. If the medicine I need doesn’t have any refills left I again call 3-4 days in advance of when I actually will be out of it so they have time to contact the doctor for refills. Normally they have it ready within a day or two if me calling it in. As far as getting a new prescription, I will drop it off and pick it up the next day. Otherwise, you have to wait a while. And like someone else said, don’t go near closing time especially when they are closing for lunch. They will not take time to get your prescription even if it’s ready. I haven’t had anyone that was rude to me, but I find that what you give is what you get back. And I have heard the way some people talk to the techs and quite honestly think they deserve what they get back!”
