Hopefully this is right place. I called the other day with an issue with a package, the tracking was unbelievably screwed up, and TROY answered. He got it all straight and the package arrived today to the recipient. THANK YOU TROY!!!

I live in Fredericksburg VA. My package went from PA, stopped at Richmond ( our mail hub for the region), and has now been at Ahoskie post office for 2 days. I should have had it by now. Very inefficient mail system we have.
