Worst customer service experience ever. Employee complained about by service dog . Stating she had allergies. When she came out while we were leaving, she was laughing and joking with a man who had to wait just to pay his bill.

I visited today for the first time. I have to be honest. It was a very long wait. Over an hour and people were constantly coming in. I really have to commend the associate. Ms. Destiny Harrell. She was the only person working, but she did so in such an efficient and professional manner. She greeted every person who entered and let them know she'd be with them as soon as she could. She worked swiftly and confidently. She is a great associate. Her service was worth the wait. Thank you, Destiny. I gave 3 stars because of the wait, but Destiny's service deserves a 5.

I have had the worst experience at this Verizon. Fixing an issue that I contacted them for back in late January where I was told incorrectly and am now paying for an item I shouldn’t be and here it is 2 months later and no one calls me back like they say they will. Merika has been an excellent help during this trying process but it’s out of her hands and she’s done all she can do- Will not be going back to this location!

Why is it only 1 person always working ??…. Wait time is just crazy… so many people come in and walk out.. was told to come back in a hour and I did just to wait again over an hour to just pick up a phone… won’t ever see me again … need to shut down if you only gone 1 person working smh
