I have no idea why it takes Walgreens pharmacy so long to fill a perscription. I have had 3 instances where I had to keep calling back to get my perscription that was called in by my doctor early in the morning around 10 am and it would be late in the evening around 5 pm or the next day before I could get a medicine that I needed to take after a surgery for pain and infection. The medicine was not on back order or anything such as that. It was just plain out poor service. Now once again, my doctor has prescribed a heart medicine early on Friday morning. It was called in around 11 am and here it is Saturday morning and it still has not been filled. Plus the pharmacy will not open until Monday of next week. I can pick it up after 12 is all the recording says. This is just pain out poor service and unacceptable. Now, I am taxed with trying to get my perscription transfered to Walmart or some place that takes the health of patients serious. Who do you report this type of behavior to? Patients need their medicines in a timely manner.

I have waited 6 days now for my morphine to be refilled. I am in horrible pain and really sick. This Walgreens is totally negligent!!

Very very rude older woman in the pharmacy, unsure of her position. There was a issue trying to fill a prescription and instead of trying to get it situated she spoke with absolute clear frustration and didn't at all care to clear up the issue. After her attitude, I told her I'd rather call back tomorrow and pray for a nicer person! So much for being "here for you and all your pharmacy needs."

I have never experienced such a mess as this at curbside pickup. I never received an email update sent order in around 3:30pm to pickup around 5:30pm.

Please don't ever schedule a vaccine here. Waiting over an hour and still no shot. This place is a joke. No apologies, no explanation nothing. My appointment was at 3:15. ?

Did a photo book instore, it was ready in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and even recalled me when I called back to verify if book was ready for ick up before me driving over!

The staff is generally nice. They greet you pleasantly and seems concerned for your well being. Its the ordering online that takes forever.

I wish there was a option for ZERO. We booked a Covid antigen test before a trip to Canada. Its supposed to take 2 hours for results. We went in Sat afternoon, trip was Sunday and we never received the results. We have the appointment confirmation so they have our info but no results came back. I called back Sunday but of course the Pharmacy was closed and the store could not help us. We had to scramble last second and pay for more tests to take our trip.

We went to this Walgreens for our first covid vaccine. Only ones in the area that does the kids is Ahoskie and Washington. We live in Plymouth. We went to Washington today and after acquiring my paperwork, we were informed we needed an appointment and could schedule one for the next day. This was around 1:30 in the afternoon. I called Ahoskie to inquire and was told to come right on, no appointment, no problem! Definitely way more accommodating to the customer!
