I get regular prescriptions and get 90days at a time. I normally put in refills (when they have refill on file) 3-4 days in advance and they are usually done the day after I call them in. If the medicine I need doesn’t have any refills left I again call 3-4 days in advance of when I actually will be out of it so they have time to contact the doctor for refills. Normally they have it ready within a day or two if me calling it in. As far as getting a new prescription, I will drop it off and pick it up the next day. Otherwise, you have to wait a while. And like someone else said, don’t go near closing time especially when they are closing for lunch. They will not take time to get your prescription even if it’s ready. I haven’t had anyone that was rude to me, but I find that what you give is what you get back. And I have heard the way some people talk to the techs and quite honestly think they deserve what they get back!

This pharmacy is awful. The ladies are the rudest unprofessional people. See a line building walk around just like they don’t see you waiting

Usually they're pretty good. But if you go around closing time to have a prescription filled and ask about the price the may give you a BS price, just to get out of work.

All I want is for the prescription that I ordered 2 days ago, the be filled and ready for pick up .6 weeks, 5 prescriptions, 7 trips to Walmart, and still "We can have it ready in 30. Mins" I'm not walking around your damn store for 30 minute and then end up spending money on something I don't need, so give me my damn medicine!!

Prescriptions are there shortly after being prescribed, and staff are professional, kind, and very helpful.

The doctor called in the script at 10:30am for my son. I came at 3:30pm to pick it up and they inform me it's not in stock. Mind you, my child is in pain. I asked them why they couldn't call me or his doctor and let someone know they didn't have it...their response, “we don't have time to do that.†I will be changing pharmacies after today.
