This store's manager and account manager will harass you a few days after one missed payment and they will show up at your place and will not leave when told. I told them the items I rented were stolen and they refused to leave my property then this morning the stupid account manager shows back up at my place and tries to open my locked storm door and messed with my security camera she along with the main manager need to be fired

From the moment we walked into the store, these people acted like family! Miss Dee was so wonderful and opened my eyes to a whole new world of refrigerators. Same day delivery and the delivery guys was so nice. Looking forward to a long relationship with Aaron’s thank you Miss Dee!

I dont care for the staff they don't seem to care I gave them a $127 payment and they took the money but then claimed they did not get it I went to my bank got a receipt showing that they had gotten the money I came and gave it to there manger he act like he still could not do any thing bottom line is I am now out of money and they don't care what kinda company is this

The GM Andrea was one of the most rude people I have ever experienced. Also while trying to make a payment she was acting like a bulky because I did not want to do auto pay. It has been horrible since she started there and every encounter I have had with her.

Horrible place since Don left new people there don't care about anything that happens to you or family been with then for 5 years and all they do is threatened with a warrant and harras me for 2 items of out like 10 15 items I've already payed off will not be doing busines with them anymore

Horrible experience, terrible customer service. If you’re one day late on a payment, they will pound on your door and harass you constantly. Their account manager, Jennifer or Michelle or whatever will threaten and make outlandish and illegal statements to try to collect. Definitely violating the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. A complaint will be filed. Thank goodness the call was recorded on my end.

Absolute vultures. They constantly harass and berate customers even if you are only a few days late. Shady business practices is putting it nicely. Run as fast as possible. Go to big lots, badcock, anywhere else.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!They are absolutely the worst ever. Once I'm finished paying my bed set off, I will never rent from them again, EVER!!!!!

Some of the staff seem nice enough that being said I was 2 days late with a payment 1st time ever in 2 years and this being my second purchase from them, they show up at my house to ask me what the problem is. WOW I had no ideal what was going on, he told me that he wasn't at my house to take my stuff only wanted to know what was going on and when would I be able to make my payment. I feel this is very unprofessional, I've been a good customer and felt great about working with them until this.
