What's worse than a used car salesman? I'm not sure I have the answer for that. I have just dropped a significant chunk of change with this company I have requested information on line items that are defective on my vehicle so that I can get them repaired and do not have to discover them during an emergency situation. This company will offer you a service protection plan that they cannot and will not delete but they cannot and will not answer your phone calls, provide you with the information you have requested, or even have the courtesy to return your phone call. Please be cautious when dealing with this company

I came in today & walked out with a 2024 Ford Explorer. Jerome & Eddie helped me with the whole process. They both were very kind, very informative, & fought hard to get me the best deal possible for my trade in. I left in all smiles & appreciated the outstanding service! This is my 3rd trade in with them & haven't felt the need to visit anywhere else. I will be back in the near future if I decide to trade again. Thank you guys! So much! You have yourself a loyal customer. 🙂

Destiny is AWESOME! She is the most professional associate that this Ford location has had EVER! She is friendly and thorough. She has kept us informed with details regarding our repairs. She seems to be the new face of this Ford dealership and was it ever needed. Destiny, keep up the good work. I hope and pray that you are rewarded and taken care of as the best Brand Ambassador for Albemarle Ford. Oh, and let me not forget to offer kudos to Lincoln for standing by their warranty. We will be loyal to Lincoln from this moment on.

Purchased and serviced my Ford Edge at this location and was always unhappy and unsatisfied with a small aspect of this business that I believe goes to a large question of business ethics. Does the new Albemarle Ford have a Document Storage Fee for service transactions? I run a service business and I store my customer's service records for free. Why is there a fee for something that is a usual cost of doing business?Service: Auto maintenance

After getting not so great service from another service center over my check engine light, I decided to give Joe Maus service center a try. Let me tell you, I can not STRESS enough how nice Liz and Chris were in finding out why my light came on and fixing it very quickly for me!!! I will be coming back here from now on!!!!
