Love the creek that runs behind our apt, makes me feel like im in the country lol! Never had any problems with the landlord either (as another guy posted 2 yrs ago) we've always been respected an felt safe & comfortable in our apartment/home at all times!”

“Office is not open but 3hrs per day and closed on Wed and sun the only time office is open 6 days is the first week of every month. No one is picking up trash you have to wait on maintance forever before anything gets done and some people have to follow the rules and some don't and washers and dryers are going out or not working at all. There are a lot of problems here that are not being fixed and not property manager but her helper Vivian Lewis aka V puts everybody's business on the street”
