Not overly happy with AT&T as my bill unexpectedly jumped last month. The staff here though was great and they were most helpful in figuring out what happened and then made adjustments to bring my billing back in line. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but I am glad I found it here!

I am a senior without any one to help me with a new phone. The salesperson who helped me was so helpful and understanding. She spent so much time with me and was so nice. A lot of time seniors are treated like they are not important. and it was so nice to treated so good
