Spent almost an hour looking for a suit to purchase. Was completely ignored by staff, despite the fact that the store had few customers. Store was a mess. Clothes were haphazardly strewn around. Hard to tell pricing as certain racks had 50 percent off but the items were tagged 20 percent off. Certain sport coats had dust on the shoulders and a few had damages. I assume these would have been on sale but good luck getting a customer service representative to answer any questions. Staff didn’t even make eye contact as we left and never once even acknowledged out presence much less came over to help when encountered.

Sometimes I go in random stores and walk around with my daughter. Sometimes I buy things , sometimes I go in with absolutely no intent of buying anything at all - just simply to get out of the house and look at things . Today I was walking around belk , I noticed the same lady in every department I was in basically following me around the store ….. I ended up picking up 2 pair of shoes that I was unsure if I wanted or not , but I went ahead and put them in my cart anyway incase I decided to purchase them….. well before I left/ I decided I wasn’t going to buy them today so I put them back on the shelf and headed out the door to leave , what do you know/ the same worker that followed me around the store asked me “ what did you do with the shoes you had in your cart” which 1 confirmed she was following and stalking me and also basically accused me of / insinuated that I stole the shoes . I only had my baby and her diaper bag and my purse . I don’t think 3 pair of shoes in the box would fit in those small bags . Also that is very inappropriate and judgemental to judge someone and accuse them of stealing just because they walk around the store for a while and decide not to purchase anything …. I will be calling someone and complaining on this lady tomorrow . That was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable . If I had intent on stealing I would not have stayed in the store for longer than 30-40 min just walking around making myself noticeable . . . . . Most “thief’s” get what they are going to get and get out of the area …. I don’t intend to steal when I go in a store whether I want something or not , if I don’t have the money for something I don’t get it - point blank period !!!!!

Nice and clean bust should fix that bad spot in the ceiling it was water ? all over the floor some one could get hurt please fix it

Very clean and nice store. My son says it looks creepy from the way it looks from the outside, but it's a great store when you walk in. Friendly customer service. Huge sales everywhere, very impressed. Got a $60 shirt for 15. Where I live, Walmart is our biggest clothing store, but Belks has definitely outbeat them for my business. Better quality clothes for much cheaper prices, you can't beat that.
