Wesley was an attentive sales representative without being pushy. Allowed us to drive a 2500HD and a 1500 3.0 Diesel without any hassle. Made purchase the following Day. In and Out in 2 hours. Best experience I have had at a dealership. Would highly recommend.

This place is awesome! Friendly people! I worked for the company for 6 years and I can tell you they are the best. You won’t find a dealership that will treat you any better! They don’t have the crazy hidden fees that big city dealers have and they shoot you straight. If you’re in the market for some wheels or service you cannot go wrong with this place. ??

Worst customer service I have ever had. I stopped by the service department to see why my check engine light was on since the vehicle is 4 weeks old with just 1600 miles and ask some questions about the radio. I had to wait for an advisor since everyone was at their Christmas lunch. Once an advisor came out it was like he had an attitude because I was interrupting his Christmas lunch. I told him the check engine light was on and he said he couldn’t do anything about it until next week. I was like I need to know if it’s safe to drive until next week or if I continue to drive it will I do damage to the vehicle. He was like I can’t answer that for you. I said can you please check the code so I will know. He finally checked the code and said it was some U code and you’re fine. I said can we make appointment to have the radio checked out so we went to his office. I was standing in the doorway with my service dog and out of nowhere a dog came running at my service dog. I started pushing the dog away with my leg at the same time saying can someone get this dog away from my service dog she is working. He just looked at me along with the guy behind the parts counter. Had no care about the dog harassing my service dog. I will never take my car back there again and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will take the hour drive to Victory Chevrolet to have them help me. Custom service was so much better!!!

If you’re looking for a no pressure, full-service, personable, and FRIENDLY dealership; this is the one. They’re true to their name. Prices are competitive, lowest doc fee I’ve ever seen, high-quality inventory and the most genuine people you could encounter. I don’t like car buying but, they made it fun and I feel like I can join right in the water cooler talk when I take my Silverado Duramax in for FREE service for the next 5 years.

They service department is always very helpful. They will only do what's needed and never tries to over sell what's needed to be done. Its very comforting as a female to know I can take my own vehicle into a dealership for service not fell like I will be taken advantage of.

I brought a car from them over the phone including my trade in. Drove 300 miles to their dealership and everything was as we agreed on the phone. All the crew was friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealership.

Wesley and Tripp make a good team. I had a great experience working with them over the phone and in person. I had tried another dealership to get what I wanted but am glad I waited for my car and got it here! Much easier to work with. Wesley is especially helpful with the EV aspect since I bought a Bolt. Had to bring my vehicle in for service. Craig in the service area was great and Allena at the rentals desk was amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and live up to the name of the dealership. I bought my Buick from here back in 2018, and the people that helped me through that process back then were also great to work with. I highly recommend them for purchases and service, I will be back one day when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Only wish I could have convinced them to let me leave with that beautiful Stingray in the lobby.

I gotta a tell ya. I love dealing with the folks at Friendly Chevy. I took my truck in to get an inspection. My appointment was fer 3:30, and I naturally arrived a few minutes early. I was in an outta there by 3:35. Extremely happy customer?

My wife and l purchased a gently used GMC Yukon a month ago.Ended up l had to take the car in for tire rotation and balance. Two of the needed attention from being out of balance from the previous owner.I called Greg the sales manager on a Friday afternoon. The following Monday mid morning he called me back. Bring it in and we replace the two tires.He didn’t have to do it. What it showed me was thus dealership cares about their customers and going forward l will purchase from them again and will friends and family as well.SincerelyCharles

My salesman was very responsive to my calls and texts. Once my vehicle arrived at the dealership, he contacted me and sent the cost information over. When I picked my car up, everything was just as we had discussed, and the paperwork was done quickly.The sales manager was also great. He was filling in for the finance manager, and was patient with me as I considered warranty purchases. He also had everything ready to sign, and all numbers were exactly what we had previously discussed.The small town dealer delivered excellent customer service. Everyone from the salesman to the owner and his dog was friendly and made both myself and my granddaughter feel at home.

I had an oil change/tire rotation service and everything went great. The team is very personable and told me my business was appreciated. I really like the Friendly Chevrolet team and when I am in the market for another new car, I’ll definitely shop them first. They handled things quickly and efficiently while I waited for things to get wrapped up.
