Customer service in the morning kinda sucks. Came to the check out and the cashier had to be on her phone the whole time. Didn't seem she was a morning person I guess. But at least acknowledge the customer instead of being on your phone the entire time of checkout. No high when she approached or have a great day. Just silent. But when another customer walks into the door she days high to them. Guess I'll try coming a different time.

Store needs to care a little more about their veterans an offer at least a 10% discount try to be a little more proud of your military and Senior Americans.

Pretty bad service last time I was in there. Guy at the register was just rude in every way. Very condescending and put out by answering any questions. Shame really, bad people make a good store awful.

Great Harbor Freight store. Well stocked and easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Now if HF corporate is reading this, can we PLEASE get a store in the Midland/Locust area? It'll be a perfect halfway location between this Albemarle store and the Charlotte or Monroe stores!
