Lowder's Wildgame Taxidermy and Processing is known as the best deer processor and taxidermist in North Carolina. Customers drive an hour just to visit. The taxidermist is very nice, helpful and polite, trimming meat well and removing most silver skin. Deer mounts are phenomenal and absolutely stunning, especially the 2024 archery buck. Meat is always perfect. The owner is informative and the team does great work. First deer harvest clients are happy and will take all future business there.

The best deer processor and taxidermist in North Carolina. I drive an hour just to go to Scotty. When he did my deer head it was the best I've seen.

Very nice people. It was my very first deer harvest and the owner was very helpful! Trimmed the meat well and got most of the silver skin removed. Will definitely use them again.

Scotty has done several deer mounts for me over the years, and they’ve all been nothing short of phenomenal. He also handles all of my processing, and the meat is always perfect. I just got my 2024 archery buck back, and I couldn’t be happier with the result it’s absolutely stunning. I wouldn’t trust anyone else...
