Sloppy, rushed, and careless from start to finish — just look at the photos. Old polish was left in the sides of my toenails, new polish was smeared onto skin, flooded into cuticles, and edges were jagged instead of clean. My big toe and thumb were left red from rough handling. The job was done hastily with zero attention to detail or pride in the work, and the attitude was rude and dismissive. No attention was given to customers walking in — just a get-it-done-quick approach. This is not quality work or professional service.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Walked in at 9:50am picked color ( probably 4-5 min before I got in the chair) was done by 10:07am. The women didn’t scrub my feet for more than 5 seconds a piece. I know I could paint my toes better than what she did. They are just concerned with turnover rates instead of quality. I’ve left one other negative review in my life and this is worse. Will not be back.

Got my nails done and either gel or acrylic fingers were bleeding not very sanitary didn't even wash any of the tools that were used nails are crooked

I came in asking for a soak off and a pedicure. The guy (Brian?) did a fantastic job with my pedicure. For that price, it was more than I was expecting. Very impressed.I was getting acrylic removed for the first time too. He clipped them down to my nail length, then he pried them off with another acrylic nail, the nail clippers, and a motor file. They didn't come off easily.My nails are so damn brittle and damaged now that it's ridiculous. My fingertips/ nails also hurt for a little while after that. After a day, the soreness went away, but my nails are just weak and breaking off. I had to file them at home to make them at least even and to stop my nails from catching on things.My sister (who gets acrylic regularly) told me he WAS able to soak the acrylic off, he just didn't. I saw some pretty great looking nail art he had at his station, but after the way he handled my nails, no way.

Went in here on a business trip. Probably one of the best times I've gotten my nails done. They didn't hurt during the entire process or after wards. Would definitely go back when in the area.

Very clean. The techs are great. Kim does a great job and works till you are satisfied. They take appointments and so there is not much of a wait. ❤️
