“The people were very friendly, but I was very frustrated. I went there and walked in the door and asked where the horse troughs were. I was pointed to a room to the right of me walking in. I go in that room and there’s no troughs. I asked another gentleman and he said they were outside. I see a exit door, but I was afraid the alarm was gonna go off so I asked him if I could go out the door and he said yes I said OK so I walked out the door we went to go look at what we were trying to get a horse draw for when we came back in the door was locked and I was like what so we had to go up and all the way around to the front of the building in order to purchase it that just bothers me not sure however anybody else will feel about it, but was not impressed”
“Great business to work with! Staff was very kind over the phone, and was willing to stay open a few minutes past closing time to help us out getting some topsoil for a landscaping install job we were on today. Highly recommend!”

“My baby dog Bella always looks good after her grooming from Petsmart. She hates getting a bath, but I was told by the staff that she does great. Depending on the weather, I switch up her haircuts/hairstyles. I would definitely recommend Petsmart in Albemarle NC.”
