“I bought a heatilator vented gas log fireplace from a private party. It was "new" still in the box. Turns out it was 20+ years old and required odd flue pipe sizes. All the big box hardware stores were no help. Specialty fireplace stores were also of no help. Even ones listed as heatilator approved service and distribution centers. Went down the list trying all of them until I got to South Central Propane. They all went above and beyond to locate the correct parts that I needed to install my NEW (to me) gas fireplace. Great customer service, even during the pandemic.”
