I usually enjoy shopping at T.J. Maxx, but after my recent experience, I won’t be coming back. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked a simple question, I was met with attitude and eye-rolling, as if I was bothering them. No one seemed interested in doing their job or helping customers, and the overall vibe in the store was unfriendly and dismissive.
I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of behavior was completely uncalled for. It’s unacceptable for a store to treat paying customers this way. I left without buying anything and won’t be returning. Do better, T.J. Maxx.

I love T.J. Maxx!!! I get a majority of my Hello Kitty items here. I go at least twice a month but my daughter goes weekly. I was researching Korean Skincare but the prices were extremely expensive on the manufacturer's website. T.J. Maxx has a lot of Korean Skincare products, at a fraction of the cost. They also have gorgeous handbags.

This T.J.Max has to be the absolute worst one I have ever been to and has honestly ruined my experience completely with the chain.
I am a routine customer, I love to shop, browse the store and buy clothes, makeup, and shoes. However, over the past week (I go every couple of days) I have noticed team members completely neglecting specific customers. I have witnessed straight discrimination and I am extremely unhappy. Its extremely upsetting to watch and I couldnt believe the staff was allowed to behave like this. Do better!!

I have loved this place every time I went, great quality and good prices. Been going here for years and staff are so friendly. ( even though I ve been going for a while if someone knows could they tell me if this one is dog friendly, like pet friendly).

Awesome selection of items to choose from. Prices are very reasonable for the vast majority of their merchandise. They helped me to assemble a winter white outfit together for a recent show with Frankie Beverly & Maze, Pattie LaBelle, and Stephanie Mills. They definitely have my business.
