I've never been in the store before, went in for one item. Neither of the two cashiers at the front of the store knew where anything was including the item that I was seeking. When I asked them to call a manager they refused to come up front and order to assist me. Being a senior, it's often difficult getting around in retail establishments that are crowded. I'm not sure why the manager refused to come up front in order to assist me so that I didn't have to walk around the entire establishment. I don't recommend shopping here regardless of whether it was near the holidays or not. I don't plan on returning. Two thumbs down!

Bought a Toro Zero turn here, test drove it and another model and decided on the Toro. Came from Salisbury to buy it, and I believe the managers name was Brandy? Or she was the cashier and the other lady (bad with names) was the manager. Either way, the Manager was TOP NOTCH...We bought this item little over a month ago or so and she was awesome to work with, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with this large purchase! Highly recommended visiting this store and seeing for yourself...

Yea I like it. Great place to get "farm" equipment always. Especially feed. Nice overall consistency from store to store too.

Called the clinic before driving for 25 minutes to the clinic for them to see our dog. We drove the 25 minutes got there 10 minutes before they close and the assistant tells us we stop seeing animals five minutes ago. She said the vet had somewhere to be so they could not see our Harley. Harley had broke red itching raw under her arms like an allergic reaction. The assistant said there is a emergency clinic in Concord. I understand everyone has schedules. It seems to me something is not right about this.

Pet washing station!! ? Had no idea there was such a thing around here. Thankfully word of mouth we found out and will definitely be coming often.

I cannot say enough about this place!!! The stellar customer service, knowledge and passion conveyed is amazing!! Brandy referred me to Kaitlyn and she saved my Peking rescue duck!! I cannot be happier!!
