While we were very indecisive about completely changing our phone carriers, Kaley gave us time and patience to make our minds up with absolutely no pressure. We returned 2 days later to move another phone over as well.We were greeted and well taken care of by Hannah S., she was sweet and patient while we did the transfers. She kept the conversation going and did an outstanding job. The manager Taty that was on duty was extremely helpful and had us in stitches. While K. Greene was not part of our team to get our phones changed out, we enjoyed his lively conversation and personality. This team right here is what customer service is all about! We’ve never met these fine employees before this day but I feel like they are the type of people that would be kind to everyone whether on duty or not! Job well done!! Thank you all again so much!! 10/10 recommend Albemarle Verizon.

I go to buy a new phone. The manager and assistant manager and a trainee are standing around watching one person help people. When I complain that they only have one person helping customers the manager tells me it’s not his job nor his assistant managers job to help customers 😳. Completely rude. What kind of a manager can’t help customers standing around waiting for assistance because it’s not THEIR job?

After all the employees ignored us, we left. It's amazing how sorry people have gotten. When you get so sorry you can't carry a phone out and click on a few icons, what's left? This is about as hard as breathing .

These employees were very rude and treated my grandparents like they shouldn’t even be in the store. They laughed when my grandmother pulled out her phone and made them both feel so small and unimportant. I just hope one day no one treats their grandparents the way they treated mine.

I was sold home wireless internet although my address didn’t qualify. The store manager said that it didn’t matter to just find a qualifying address nearby. They helped me find an address so that I could get signed up. Now it’s a year later and my internet has been slowed down because it’s not at the right address. I can’t get any help getting internet through Verizon now. The store told me to just cancel my internet with no concern about the dilemma I’m now in. I like Verizon but this store is awful if I could give zero stars I would.

I have never experienced worse customer service than I did here. I came in to ask questions about my account. The lady brushed my questions off and wouldn’t even look up my account. If you need anything call customer service because this store is pointless.

I went in because my phone wasn’t charging, Demsey had me in and out in 5 minutes, and had my phone fixed. Excellent customer service, super friendly. I really appreciate it.

I am always so pleased with the customer service I receive at the Albemarle location.
I was in today and Dempsey helped me and solved the problem I had with my phone.
He is always so nice and knowledgeable,
He is certainly an asset to Verizon.
