After having a bad experience in Concord, I went to the Albemarle branch. Jodi Lyons was the representative that assisted my dad and I. She spend a lot of time with us explaining things to us with thoughtfulness and caring. She was excellent. I would highly recommend her

Wells fargo is a joke, they hold your money when you deposit it into your account to wait on the check to clear but will let you do a complete cashing of the same check and recieve the whole amount.

I dont want a digital wallet. I don't want a QR code on my forehead. I don't want a microchip in the back of my neck. There was a good system before with temporary debit cards.

I was in Wells Fargo today to get a document notarized and had to wait 15 minutes for the teller Brendan to come over to tell me he could notarize my documents after I watched him doing nothing during the time he made me wait for him. Very unprofessional!

I never had an issue when going here. Honest and real people, friendly too. They helped me get a new card when I noticed unexplained activity on my checking account and I got refunded money from the bank to make up for the fraudulent purchase. I got a temporary new card and a permanent new card soon after. Thanks staff :)

i've banked with wells fargo since 2007, but the degree of incoherent stupidity i had to deal with today - both from a bank teller and substitute manager (apparently the new manager was "in training") - not to mention the fact that the substitute manager deliberately hung the phone up on me, has made me consider closing my account with them.
