“I love this store! Big brands for low prices! I got a Columbia jacket for my daughter today for only $25. Also, I was able to get a lot of Carter shirts for my toddler son for only $3.99 each and got myself a new pair of Crocs for only $35 too. Would recommend!”
“Update- the owner replied that they had a family matter this weekend and closed for that. Wish they’d posted a sign so I hadn’t bugged them so much. I ordered online and they shipped out quickly. Love my purchase. Hoping I can make it by to shop again in person soon! ?
Original review- Someone please update their hours on here and Apple Maps. This store looks so cute but every time I’ve come by they’re not open when it says they are. Have tried calling and messaging them on Facebook and Instagram with no reply. Not sure if they’re even open, or if they are, when.”

I shop at Merle Norman in Albemarle because the girls that run that store are so very helpful and can always help me find the right products to best suit my sensitive skin. I have come to personally know the store's owner and she is beyond amazing in every way. She has all the business, compassion, concern, and knowledge that it takes to provide an exceptional customer service experience for her clients that come in and those that are unable to make it inside the store. She is very diligent and patient when ensuring that her girls are properly trained to best serve the customers that come in. 10/10 highly recommend a shopping experience at Merle Norman!
