Please see the other reviews where service is an issue with this agency.....Here's the facts, not my opinion, not my emotions, just what transpired.....1. My insurance premium price was increased days before my home close. (I was quoted 6 weeks earlier) When asked why, the agency said some of the numbers changed. After the close I asked my bank what numbers changed during the closing that would cause my insurance to go up? They said not a penny from the initial quote 60 days earlier. Hope this wasn't a bait and switch last minute to get me to sign up with the original quote???2. When they billed me that increase they sent it to the rental address they are insuring and not my primary address where I live, yes they knew that. I never got it so I incurred a late fee. I called to explain it was their error why the late fee happened as it was sent to the wrong address. Nothing but a, "NO we cant remove it and your policy will be dropped if you don't pay it immediately". I had to explain several times that I didn't have anything to do with the late fee as you sent it to the wrong address.... The girl hung up on me. I called back and asked for Amanda, she said she wasn't there, so I explained AGAIN that it wasn't my fault for the late fee, she hung up on me again. Low and behold Amanda calls me right back from the number I just called, thought she wasn't there?? She immediately started to lie and said I was rude and belligerent to her staff, which I wasn't even close too.... After trying to explain to Amanda the same thing several times, she hung up on me.After the incident which I did pay and the late fee, found out later several neighbors has had very similar issues with service. Can you image what it would be like if you have a claim with them. They are all sweet as southern pie when you get quoted and pay. But after, any issues no customer service what so ever from my experience.Also, they have several homes in my neighborhood. When home values went up I heard that they were calling customers telling them their policy would be dropped if they don't raise their coverage.....Hope that helps.

I was referred to this company seems like every month my insurance was cancelled. I never received my bill on time it's very unprofessional. My renewal was due on the 25th which was cancelled I was told well we mailed out the bill on the 24th. Here it is the 29th still no bill. Absolutely not happy at all with this company they costed me more money but thanks to them I found a better company. I will never do business with this company again some of the staff were rude definitely not a way to treat your customers.

The lady that sits in the back when you come in she is rude and want let you talk. When you talk she be trying to talk over you, so you have to get loud to let her know you rude you talking while I am talking. And before I get to finish she talking about mmmmmmm nawwwww while I am still trying to finish my sentence so she can better under stand what I am saying.
