Carolyn old lady working there is SO RUDE, she probably the reason they always have to find new workers. Rude to customers then I can only imagine how rude she is to her Co workers.

EVERY time I go in there, whoever rings me up is always on their phone. No one needs to hear them gossiping and trash talking about their baby daddy and their mama drama living at the trailer park. I get it's a small town and evidently most of the employees have some connection to the trashy trailer park down the road, but atleast keep your phone calls on your break and not during checking out customers and telling the customer to hold on while you finish cursing someone out in front of the customers kids! Wish I could give negative stars or the general manager might happen to read reviews and try to get better help. I'm sure it's hard to find decent help in this area.😬

The only reason I go in this family dollar is because of the great customer service by Cassidy! When I can’t find an item she is ALWAYS helpful! No attitude, service with a smile! Definitely a hard worker!!
