“Chuck is awesome! He went above and beyond for me when I was trying to diagnose my car. He stayed on the phone with me and talked me through my repair solutions read. He let me know which ignition coils I should purchase and replace, and even after that wasn’t the issue, he let me know the options I had and reminded me to not let a mechanic or dealership tell me it would be a huge fix without checking on a few more items.
