Booked our room 2 weeks before we stayed. Checked in and our room was filthy, stuff everywhere... went to front desk and they didnt have any other rooms for us. On a Saturday night a hotel is pretty hard to find. Thanks for wasting our time and money.

Ran or managed by people who do the minimum. Things were missing here and there; like handles in the bathroom, places on the walls that once had pictures or portraits, the hardware was still on the walls but the pictures were not. Most places won't change towels daily unless you ask them; I think they did it to be nosey because most days they never wiped down certain areas bathroom and sink areas that I knew needed to be wiped down but they did. And if you're gonna come in everyday, at least make the bed up while you're there. The only thing I noticed that was done regularly was emptying the trash bins and changing the towels which still looked sort of dingy. When returning to my assigned room every evening, I would constantly be looking over my shoulder because the area is very sketchy. As sketchy as this place is they still have the audacity to charge as much or more as nicer places to stay. Parts of the door locks were missing, as a result I felt like someone was going to kick my door in at anytime. The room rate was higher than it should have been to stay there, while doing the minimum with almost no real amenities besides just having a place to lay your head. I will not go back nor could I in good faith, recommend anyone else staying there, but to each his own but it's a big NO for me.

Clean hotel convenient to Murphy and surrounding area. Front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. The only down side the breakfast lacked several things and didn't seem like it was maintained well.

Great Stay. We were there for a wedding which was 20 min up the mountain. The
staff was awesome. The room was large, beds comfy, showers were hot. No problems. Cute diner within walking distance. Breweries on a 3-minute drive. Other restaurants close by. Didn't get a chance to explore too much but would recommend this hotel.

Clean very nice breakfast area. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Near casino. Murphy close restaurants stores. Beautiful area to walk home explore. Thank you Quality Inn.

Me and my two buddies had been riding motorcycles throughout the smoky mountains all day long ( roughly 12 hours ). Unfortunately, We didn’t know that this particular weekend was infested with Mazda Miatas!! You couldn’t get a hotel within 75 miles of deals gap, as we found out the hard way. We rode another 80 miles south on 129 US and we came upon this hotel. We needed 3 rooms but at times like this we weren’t going to be picky. Well , the front desk person , Ms Deena went way out of her way to get us all 3 rooms! She was so kind, and so courteous that she reinvigorated our exhaustion with hope that we weren’t spending the night in a tent! What an awesome person ! If the world were full of people as kind as she was, there would be no hate or wars or such. Ms Deena not only represents the best of the human race, but quality inn! Cudos !!
