Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters

Community Services/Non-Profits
Hours: Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters is a Gospel-driven Christian camp and happy place in North Carolina. It provides summer camps, including SMO missions, and year-round retreats for churches and schools. The mission is to partner with churches to equip students and adults through expositional Bible teaching, relational discipleship, and high-adventure recreation. It is a very large circle of people who truly give love to all they meet, making everyone feel welcomed as soon as they walk in. People look forward to going each and every single year, finding it extremely impactful. The leaders, staff, and every single person there are extremely funny, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and intentional. They are doing great things discipling kids and adults, with many people doing things you don’t see to make this awesome place work. It is a very special and biblically driven place centered on the Bible and on spreading the good news and love of Jesus Christ. This place always provides a recharge in one’s walk with God. It is not just the place but the people who work there that make it so special.
