No matter what I need, Truist has always helped me with friendliness that is very hard to come by these days! Angela in Angier has always been so helpful with things I couldn't do myself online. 10/10 for me.

I've been with them for over 20 years and they are very helpful but my activity hasn't influenced my credit score(in a good way) and it's very disappointing. While the service people are fantastic and really care... There needs to be some changes by management to help their loyal and long term customers.
