My experience at the Angier, NC location was very enjoyable. My partner and I have been looking to switch carriers and BOOST is definitely the way to go! Not only did we get service established but also got a great phone(Motorola Razor 2024) as well. Both Cris and Joana were professional, friendly and offered top-tier customer service. This location only had one Razor 2024 but thanks to Joana, who made a trip from the Raleigh location, we were both able to get set up and go home with these awesome new phones! Thank you Cris and Joana for taking such excellent care of us and we definitely will be keeping in touch. You ladies rock!!!

Got 2 of my phones switched over to Boost. They switched both phones lines very quickly. And so far I haven't had any problems with my service.

Most times I go into this store I get a friendly greeting and most employees go out of their way to answer any questions and take care of my wireless needs. Last night tho,the Young lady working was semi friendly, lazy, didn't even want to try to answer our questions, or help us, we were wanting to purchase new service, and all this young lady kept saying was come back tomorrow and ask questions and the day staff would help us! I was ready to purchase right then, yet got blown off, so Nad experience with this particular staff member! If you go when she's not working, you'll most likely get good customer service, but not with her!

From years ago I heard that this place had a bad reputation for customer service and I fully agree. The last time I went there my parents told me how rude those ladies were. They said they were speaking in Spanish about them. Those ladies in there need to change their attitude. They need to find a different job if they can’t get along with another humans.
