“I cannot thank Brandon (manager/owner) enough for his help with my Honda Fit. I have been a customer here since ~2020 and have always had a wonderful experience.I needed to have my car aligned (something fast lube does not do - which is fine, you cannot do everything), and had my car oil changed at the same time. If you need a car alignment, please call fast lube plus and ask who they recommend.My car has been having issues running since the previous oil change and he was able to resolve them. Another reason for 5 stars is he explained why these things were being done, so I really appreciated learning what issues were occurring and what could be done to resolve them.Thank you again.”

“Jiffy Lube, 1225 N. Main St., Fuquay Varina, NC - after wasting time with an appointment for a state inspection at another "quick service" auto place, getting no answer at an "official" state inspection place, all the while driving in pouring rain and becoming annoyed, I looked up Jiffy Lube and drove to the nearest one. I drove into the Jiffy Lube on N. Main St. to an open bay and noticed a few other people having just arrived. It was getting late, I had to get the inspection that day and I said out into the universe, these guys are going to have time to help me. Well, I was immediately greeted by a pleasant gentleman who asked what I wanted, checked my registration and said of course they could do a state inspection. Another young man came up to the car, opened my door, told me the first gentleman would walk me to the waiting room and they would take care of my car. The "walk" to the waiting room was short and although I could have easily found it myself it was nice to have such attentive customer service. The waiting room looked like a typical auto shop waiting room and was small, clean, tidy. Four people were inside waiting for their cars to be serviced and I took on of the two open chairs, hooked up my Bluetooth, and prepared to wait an hour or more. In less than 30 minutes, not only were the four people before me back in their cars with services completed, but the young man who had taken my car called me up and said my car was ready. Ok was in the middle of a very interesting part of a webinar I was listening to on my phone ? and expecting to have time to finish the webinar, looked up in surprise when he said my car was ready. I went up and told him "wow, that was quick!" He looked a bit surprised and said with a look of uncertainty on his face, "it was??" I looked him square in the face and said yes it was, the price was ridiculously inexpensive, and thanked him for a pleasant customer experience. I really appreciate excellent customer service.
