So I was driving to Sheetz and all of a sudden all these lights on my car started going off including the battery. I luckily was able to pull into the parking lot
I ended up needing an alternator and a new battery. I got excellent help from T.J this man needs a raise because he was a God send. This all happened after 3 pm and the next day I'm leaving on vacation so I need the vehicle to get to the airport. And likely I'd need to get it towed and probably not fixed the same day
But T.J was an answer to prayer and got my vehicle up and running and I was able to take my vacation
Honestly the best service I've ever had and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
Please give T.J a raise!!!!!

Standing in line waiting for help and was next in line when I guy walks in and starts speaking Spanish to the help behind the counter and goes straight to the counter in front of everyone. The kid behind counter acting like I wasn’t there. Poor service. Won’t be back will get what I need off Amazon and local businesses wonder why . See ya

They were so helpful needed a part for my honda, and the Manager Tijay was knowledgeable about my car. Im not from the area but will be back to this store if I'm back in town again with another problem.

store manager treats employees like garbage can be seen from moral in the store. i use to love coming in but since the original crew left its unbearable to walk in. ill just take my buisness to autozone or make the drive to angier

Horrible customer service, I used to love coming here and being helped by the original crew, but now that they have all left, it’s not what it used to be. I hope they can get back in line because the past few times I’ve been in this store, it has been very unpleasant.

Bad experience.I went a couple of times and she took care of me, a young blankie and she treated me very badly. I treated all of the white boys very well, but when it was my turn, he looked at me with a rasista face.I only talk about my bad experience with that person in particular
