After 2 days of trying to rent a RV storage space, I was met with a call center that had no fully speaking English reps. After ( simply because I saw this on my call log ) 247 total minutes of trying to reserve a space I was told …… “ All RV spaces require a “ Title “ , registration, proof of insurance and driver’s license. I had just traded my RV in on a new RV … ( which is our travel rv which I use April thru September)
I provided my drivers license, the date of purchase which shows on my temporary registration along with my temporary license plate, Proof of insurance with expiration date and matching VIN numbers for the insurance and the new RV and was told I could not store my RV at this facility because I did not have a title. I asked if they wanted me to go to the bank and hand them $101,000 wait 4 to 6 weeks for that piece of paper and bring it back to them so that I could store it and they said yes.
Maybe I’m stupid but I’ve been traveling in RVs and storing them for 25 years and I’ve never come across this but then again maybe I’m just old and stupid. When you try to call the on-site facility you only get the Asian speaking call center. I did receive a call in the evening and unfortunately, I was in the shower. But could not get back in touch with the site due to only getting the call center during business hours, and after hours, you have to leave a message.
This was a colossal waste of time as I was having another 2026 RV delivered to the spot where I wanted to store the 2025 RV and could not even back it in because of the delay. What a joke.

My time at blue river storage has been very great , they have had good customer service and the one problem I had initially was resolved in less then 24 hours.

I have really enjoyed my experience with ShepherdSafe Storage. I have found that the new management is incredibly easy to work with, and they offer the best rates I have been able to find. They also added cameras and lights which make me feel much safer about my belongings. Highly recommend!
