“This post office has the best team. They are friendly and efficient. We went there without appointment to get our passports done and it was extremely busy. Tanya and her team member were so friendly and thorough. Not frazzled by the long lines. I made some mistake on my paper and they explained it and wait for us very patiently. They gave sticker to my little daughter and they were happy to serve. There was a lot of people like us who did not have appointment and they were really busy but they work very efficiently to take care of everyone with a smile on their face. Thank you guys”

“Mr. John Harker who works at the counter at the UPS store in Fuquay Varina, NC is a top notch customer service person. He is so patient, so kind, so helpful. That is a very rare thing these days! I often come in with my 85 year old mother. She can’t get around and walk in stores well, and she’s an Amazon addict as a result. So she often has returns and gets the codes wrong, etc. Mr. Harker has helped us many times and he is always so kind and polite and patient. He is a true jewel, and I hope the store will hold onto him and recognize him as such. He goes above and beyond every single time!”
