“Initially found the car that I wanted to check out on Facebook. Upon arrival, you could see that the staff was taking care and ensuring that the cars on the lot were clean, which I appreciated. I was able to get the key and look at the car and even do a test drive and it didn’t take me long at all. I was even able to get the documents of the last services and was relieved to know that the team had already changed the oil in the car so it was nice to not have to worry about maintenance after purchase. The staff were super friendly. I did negotiate the price down a little bit, but wanted to be fair and respectful as I’d still got an amazing deal on the car. The icing on the cake is that they were very accommodating with our payment method.

“We had a good experience purchasing from Grace. The price was fair and the car was in good shape. I was super weary because there are several negative reviews of this business. I had the car checked out by a reputable mechanic before purchasing. We got a full report so we were aware of any big or small issues. Grace was sweet and patient between having four kids with us and taking a lengthier test drive time to get it inspected. She was also super kind about payment and me having to order a cashier's check. We bought the car about 4 days ago and so far it runs great. I'll update if any obvious issues arise. But while we were in the office we saw one customer who had purchased a car and returned to ask her a question and another one called to ask Grace help her find a car for her daughter. So I think only people with issues are posting reviews? Idk but so far so good for us.”
