Seriously y’all…just say no. There are a ton of other pharmacies…pick another one…trust me you’ll thank me later.

If I could leave a 0 stars review, I would. This location's pharmacy has been a nightmare on and off since we moved to Angier years ago. This visit takes the cake though. I raced there to pick up a prescription knowing that they close at 6pm. I arrived and entered at 5:58pm and politely said "I know you guys close at 6, but I just need to ..." and before I get to finish my sentence..the three girls that were working the pharmacy rudely interrupted me and giggling said "Actually, we're closed" and shut the gate in my face. It didn't turn 6pm until after that. I have worked in retail and am currently a manager and this is NO way to treat customers. I asked to speak to the manager and Vanessa comes out to greet me at 6:03 and I explain, frustratingly, that I was there in time and needed this prescription and that in no way shape or form expected to be interrupted, laughed at and have the gates shut on me before I could even explain what I needed. A simple, quick refill that was already ready. All I got in return was a "I'm sorry?..". This place needs a complete overall and needs staff that ACTUALLY GIVES A DAMN about people. I needed this medication. Now I have to wait, yet again.

Complete garage of a place. The wait times are always long for the pharmacy. You can except to wait anywhere between 30-45 mins on average. There have messed up several times on my medication and even gave me someone else's!

My son's Covid Vaccination was given to him an hour and a half after the appointment. They were very dismissive when I asked why it was taking so long. My daughter got hers yesterday at a different Walgreens and the wait was only 15 minutes.

This Walgreen's is one of the pharmacies providing covid vaccinations. They weren't doing a list but if you called after 7 pm, there was a good chance of getting a leftover shot that would need to be disposed of if it wasn't used. Super easy to call and speak directly to the pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend using the online scheduling since that is another story and it was difficult to schedule unless you were in one of the priority groups. If you are having any trouble getting scheduled for a vaccine, I would say give them a call and try the "end of day" shots. I was able to get fully vaccinated in March by using them for end of day shots that would have otherwise gone to waste.
