A Fantastic Experience at Ample Storage Center!
I recently acquired a new storage unit at Ample Storage Center located in Apex and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the incredible team of Susan and Betty; what an absolute delight they are!
Susan greeted me with a friendly smile and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Betty took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. And Tony—he was very thorough when it came to picking up the truck that I had reserved.
It’s rare to find such a helpful, kind, and personable team. They each went above and beyond to ensure I my needs were met. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who truly make the difference.
If you’re looking for storage with exceptional customer service, look no further. Ample Storage Center — and especially Susan, Betty, and Tony — have earned my highest recommendation!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Ample Storage (Apex). Clean facility that was able to accommodate all of our timelines for move-in and move-out!! Initially, we were attracted to the perfect location and now we will highly recommend Ample (Apex) to anyone in the area. If I had to boil it down to one word...pristine. Manager Susan is extremely kind and she has helped a lot even though we messed up our schedule . She drove all the way from skipping her dinner.

Susan, Betty, and Tony went above and beyond to help me find the storage space that met my needs. Ample Storage in Apex, NC is clean, secure, well-lit, has adequate parking, and is overall the best storage facility I have ever found. Prices are competitive - in some cases lower than others in the area.

We LOVE Ample Storage (Specifically of Apex!). I needed to store all my items in my home before getting married for a few months. I had looked into a few storage unit options, but none compared to here. Not only was Ample storage the best for cleanliness, location, and space - but the service you receive here doesn't compare! 1. The have a new building that still smells new, I felt perfectly fine leaving all my items here. 2. They have SO many resources to offer from different size units, to dollies, and trucks. 3. As a female, I felt safe visiting anytime - which was big for us when looking around. But 4. (and this is my favorite) everyone is truly so kind here! The staff truly make you feel like a person and not just another unit they're trying to sell. That was just another added bonus when thinking of storing my treasured items. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Ample Storage Center in Apex. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and has plenty of parking—which made moving in and out super easy. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find a storage place that makes things this smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a perpetual resident of Ample storage since moving to Apex in 2022 and I couldn’t be a happier customer! I’ve had every manner of storage unit they offer- indoor, outdoor, climate controlled, with and without lights/power outlets. I’ve stored the entire contents of my home there twice, had a few different units that I’ve used as workspaces to refinish furniture and made friends with other long time residents that use exterior units to work on hobbies and/or run their businesses.
All of the buildings are clean, bright and well maintained. In over 3 years, I’ve had one issue (light in my unit was out) and they had it fixed before the next time I came by. There’s a locked bathroom for’ residents’ that is always clean and stocked and there are plenty of push carts if you need them.
Betty and Susan in the office keep everything running smoothly and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that they offer superior customer service to make their location stand out.
Don’t waste your time or money at places like Public Storage (on TenTen)… they can’t hold a candle to these guys.

My wife and I moved our entire house into Ample Storage in Apex for a few months. Their new climate controlled building is beautiful. It is the cleanest storage building I’ve ever seen. The office is also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ample in Apex for any of your storage needs.

After decades of traveling and using all kinds of storage companies, this is by far the best I've ever used. The facilities are very well kept, with units of all sizes and shapes to attend various needs. Competent and friendly personnel, going above and beyond to help. Plus, the cost is reasonable and stable, without constant price hikes I experienced with other businesses.

Outstanding service from the manager Susan as well as her staff Betty and Tony. I've used other storage facilities in the past such as ExtraSpace and Public Storage and the facilities here at Ample Storage are top notch; The staff do a good job in keeping the place well kept which is definitely in contrast to other storage facilities I've used in the past that didn't do a great job with upkeep.
