My wife and I were extremely impressed on how simple it was in selling our jeep to Martin Bell at Apex Imports. This time we weren't shopping, just selling and getting nowhere on our own trying to sell it on Craigs list. No where but the liquor store due to all the scams we were getting.I really have never liked "ANY" experience I have had with dealerships, but Martin has broken the run of aggravation!!!!!!!There really should be a few more stars we could add for the honest and pleasurable experience. Give it a try I can assure you that you will be equally pleased.Thank you, Martin!!!!!!!!!

Martin was absolutely amazing! He appraised my car in a matter of minutes and we closed the deal not long afterwards. The ease of the experience was the first one like it when it comes to car dealerships, no pressure and he listened. Would recommend this dealership and Martin if you are interested in selling your vehicle out right. They also have nice inventory of cars.

Martin Bell made selling my car very easy. Came in looked over the car and had an offer in less than 45min. Had a check in hand the same day I turned in the keys and at a fair offer. He was very friendly and was concerned about the quality of vehicle they have on the lot to sell to their customers. I would sell and purchase from them in the future without hesitation.

He was polite, professional, honest, and forthright. I never doubted that I was getting a fair offer from Apex Imports. There was never any pressure or concern that the deal would change at closing or during the process. The entire transaction was smooth and stress free in every detail. Had an Audi S5 Cabriolet up on the typical sites for around two months and received a number of Private buyer offers, as well as two from local dealerships, none of which reached what I viewed to be the value of the vehicle. Martin Bell from Apex Imports reached out on a Monday morning at 10:00 and put a very fair offer on the table, which surpassed both the Retail and Private offers I had received.By 2:00 that same day the title was transferred and check was cut. If you do not want to spend the time/energy trying to sell your vehicle privately, I would highly recommend you reach out to Martin. Quick, painless and fair process! Apex Imports is a comfortable place to do business. They have a good selection of cars. I found a great SUV and traded in my SUV. There were a few bumps along the way, but they listened to me and worked with me. I asked for two sets of keys, as they only give you one. I gave them two sets of keys with my trade in so they were kind enough to give me two sets of keys. There was a tire concern and after a few repairs that failed, they agreed to give me a new tire. Brett was amazing in service and made things happen, as was Marty B. also very helpful and supportive. My salesman, Brandon Wells, was great and showed me three vehicles that I was able to test drive and was also supportive of me. I never felt pressured by anyone, but did have to work a bit for that second key set.!!! Overall, I felt respected and was treated respectfully. Emmett in finance was great. We enjoyed some good conversations and he contacted USAA to get the loan and insurance processed quickly. Karen K.In the end I did get 5/5 service!!

He was great to work with, excellent enthusiasm and passion for getting you in the car that fits you best. Patrick was very laid back, knowledgeable on the truck, and never pressured me to buy. If I ever come back for another vehicle Patrick will be my rep. Kahled in finance was also awesome to work with and made the finance process quick and easy!
