I cannot speak for the daycare itself but they never answer the phone, i called morning afternoon evening time, close to 10 times, trying to find out daycare rates and stuff and no answer, even left a voicemail for phone call to be returned, no answer. Makes me wonder if i enrolled my kid here and needed to reach my kid or for an emergency, they will not answer calls. Communication is lacking big time.

Both of my children go to this daycare. I have one child in the infant room and one in the twos who started here as an infant. We are very happy with the care they receive. We took a few months off at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, but decided to send our kids back to daycare in July. It was scary at first, but they are doing a wonderful job with all the new procedures and keep us updated on our children's day. I think my kids are happy to be back and have the social interaction. We receive photos and details of their activities everyday, especially from the infant room, which is amazing when you have a very young one in daycare. It makes this trying time a little bit easier since I know my kids are well taken care of.

Like all businesses, KinderCare had to make drastic changes during the pandemic to ensure the safety of both the children and staff while also supporting parents resume normal schedules. I am so thankful for their leadership in execution during this uncertain time as they reopened facilities. While ensuring that the health processes, limited exposure and appropriate distancing are adhered to, the center has also been able to resume the education and socialization our kids so desperately need. It’s also not lost on me that my kids look forward to seeing their teachers and staff who love on them — I am confident in the Director (Nicole) and staff as we continue to navigate these unknown waters. For context, we have been with this KinderCare location (formerly Rainbow Childcare Center) for over 3 years with 2 kids currently enrolled and one more who will join shortly.

We have had 2 children (1 graduated, 1 currently going) go to this school over the last few years and we have always been impressed with the attention and care shown by the teacher and staff. Even with the challenges presented with COVID, the staff has been very communicative with the parents as much as possible, and the staff seems to have embraced the new safety precautions. We feel incredibly lucky to have our youngest currently enrolled in the school and I cannot imagine a safer place to have him during the day to allow us to work.

We have been at Kindercare for 5 years (two kids - 5yo and 1 yo) and cannot speak highly enough of the center and staff. Over the years, the staff have provided exceptional care, but more importantly have loved the kids like their own. My daughter is entering kindergarten this year and is well-prepared academically and socially. During this Covid crisis, we were reassured to see the center has taken the required precautions (and more) to ensure staff and students are safe, all while maintaining a loving and fun learning environment.

Our son has been going to KinderCare of Apex since he was 3 months old (he is now two). While we have always appreciated the center, we love and appreciate them even more now due to the way they have handled everything the last few months with Covid-19. They are doing a great job and care so much about the kids. We kept our son out of daycare for 3 months at the start of the pandemic, but going back has been really good for him developmentally and socially. We feel that KinderCare of Apex is taking every precaution that they can to keep their kids safe and happy. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter has been at this location since before KinderCare merged with Rainbow CCC. We really struggled with the decision to send her back to school. Do we return or find a way to keep her home during this crazy COVID situation? Ultimately we decided to send her back. She has been back for about a month and I can honestly say she is a different kid. She comes home happy, her play has once again become complex and imaginative, and she isn't constantly throwing a fit about screen time.No situation is perfect, but I can honestly say I feel safe sending her to school every day. Teachers are intentionally planning instruction in new social norms like wearing masks and the importance of frequent hand washing. All of the staff wear masks at all times. Children are placed in pods to limit mixing of groups. Since we returned we have not noticed any relaxation of safety procedures or complacency, which is refreshing.

My kids have been coming here for the past 2 years, and I can honestly say, this center has been a blessing for our family. It’s close to where we live, our kids learn something new each day, and these teachers are something special. I can tell Nicole the director runs a tight ship there with low turnaround. I definitely recommend this center for childcare. It’s worth every penny!

We have two boys (5 and 4) that have been going to Rainbow Child Care - Apex since their opening; 3yrs ago. We couldnt be happier with the teachers our boys have had and the leadership team lead by Nicole (Director) and Laura (AD).Each teacher when first brought on board spends time in each class room regardless of their hired placement so that everyone is familiar with every child. Each teacher my children have been with have been very involved and keep me informed as a parent. When it comes to the leadership team, I could not speak more highly. They have a fantastic collaborative synergy, where both Nicole and Laura are informed of eachothers initives. Speaking from experience, as this may seem like a no brainer, it is not always the case at other Schools/Daycares. Both Nicole and Laura for the most part are readily available either for an office visit or if you have a question over the phone and if not call you back within a couple hrs if not sooner.I couldnt be happier with the care and education of my children at this stage in their lives. Thank you to the Rainbow Child Care - Apex team for making this such a great place for my boys.

I was coming here to check out the facility for possibly enrolling my child. I drove around back to park and heard kids outside. Upon getting out of my vehicle I saw a worker with blonde hair in a bun, white headband around her head, yank multiple children around, and snatch hula hoops from them in a very rough manner, one of them almost fell. Upon seeing this, I would never enroll my children here. These are tiny kids probably 1-2, the same age as mine.

Absolutely love them! I've gotten to know most of the teachers in each of the classrooms. My LO started at 3 months old and just turned 20 months. They treat the kids wonderfully. I can not say enough good things about Rainbow Child Care Center in Apex!!!

I have had both of my children in RCC before/after care and track-out camps since they opened, and they have been wonderful. The kids always request go back for the next track out. Friendly and considerate staff.

My daughter has been at RCCC in Apex for almost two years and we are extremely pleased with the center and the staff. The director and assistant director are there for the children and are very responsive to the parents. They have lots of fun activities for the families to participate in and my daughter is doing really well, she is only 2.5 and she is fully communicating with a very large vocabulary. The teachers are great and the turn over is low from what I have seen. I definitely recommend this center, we toured many centers and this one was by far superior to the rest.
