Best place for puppies for Vet appointments. They keep the puppy for 1 hour after the shot to observe for allergic reactions. I liked that idea. They give a pleasant reminder call a day before the appointment.Aruna

Just know that even if you've been part of and paid for their wellness plan for 10+ years, if you have a sick cat they will not do anything to make room in their schedule to see her. I’m being told their first appointment is more than 2 weeks away. Absolutely unacceptable. Tells me to go to another vet!

For a normal checkup, had multiple cancellations and reschedulings. Now I have a legitimate need for a vet to see our dog and they can’t see him for almost a week. At $60 for their care plan, it’s such a waste.
