I have lived here for almost a year now and I can not wait for my lease to be over. I feel like I am almost always calling maintenance and when I first moved in they were quick to resolve things but now they take for ever to do anything and half the time they do not fix the issue. I also have had maintenance enter my home without permission after specific instructions that they were not aloud to enter when when I am not home because I have a dog in my home.
Management also does a very poor job of keeping things clean here are a few examples. apparently my unit burnt down a few years ago (they never disclosed this information to me I found out from the maintenance guy) and there is still glass in the grass outside of my home and my dog has cut his paws just trying to use the bathroom out in the grass 4 different times now. Another example is the absolutely fifthly dog park the residents are lazy and just take there dogs there to poop so they don't have to clean it up, rendering it an space unable for use and then they fuss at me when I play frisbee with my dog outside my front door in the grass saying its not aloud but its not like I have another option when the dog park is filthy. the pool felt as if it was closed more often than it is open due to "cleaning" but I had not once seen anyone out there.
When I first moved here I picked this community over others because it felt less corporate and it felt more welcoming and they had garages "available" to rent as well. After speaking to several people who have lived here longer than me i have been informed that they do not actually rent the garages out that they just use them for storage. no wonder after 10 months on the waiting list I still have not received any calls. the people living in this community for the most part are not kind friendly welcoming people. I frequently hear yelling and screaming coming from a home two units away from mine that I do not even share a wall with. I have also had an dog owner not have control over his dog and it ran through my home. people are constantly leaving toys bikes and trash everywhere.
at the end of the day its not the worst, but is over priced for how trashy the place is and I regret signing an 18 month lease and I will not be renewing or recommending this community to anyone else.

Have lived here for over a month now and are blown away. We are VERY picky about our places we live since we are home bodies and are absolutely LOVING our townhome. The neighborhood is quiet other than the busy road next to us, all members of the staff are courteous, helpful and extremely responsive. Any issues we have had, which are so minor, have been addressed immediately. We've used the gym multiple times and it's the perfect amount of equipment to feel like a full gym, just on a small scale. Love living here.

I had a similar experience as Greg S. and Sam M. (recent poor reviews). Extra charges, management unresponsive and they do not hold to their promises. I was also offered money to leave a review. Be very careful if you sign a lease here and make sure you get everything in writing.

Lived here with my wife and now 2 year old for 2 years. The staff is always very helpful and the maintenance people are very knowledgeable on how to fix things and fixes them in a timely manner and so polite. Very quick drive to beaver creek shops, parks, and only a 30 minute drive to crossroads and Raleigh. Only downside is it takes forever to turn left out of the complex at certain times.

Living here has been great. The management staff has been very helpful during our move and were very welcoming to me and my significant other. Their maintenance team answers their work orders in a timely manner. The community is very calming and well maintained.

We are a family of 5 and have been here for a little over a year. It is very quiet, pet friendly, the management is always organizing activities for young and old in every season, food trucks during the month, as a mother who sometimes gets tired of cooking this is very convenient! all the people who live here are very friendly, in summer we love to go to the pool and have a barbecue, many neighbors do the same and on several occasions we share. There are also many children and it is fun to see how everyone can play together in the park or soccer.Last but not least, they always respond on time to maintenance requests and solve problems.

We loved living at Beaver Creek. It’s such a convenient location and the office staff is wonderful. They plan fun events to bring the apartment community together and they are prompt with maintenance requests. We felt cared for while living in these apartments!
