So far so good. Only been here about 8 months but they seem pretty responsive to complaints and the neighbors are friendly.

Lived here with my wife and now 2 year old for 2 years. The staff is always very helpful and the maintenance people are very knowledgeable on how to fix things and fixes them in a timely manner and so polite. Very quick drive to beaver creek shops, parks, and only a 30 minute drive to crossroads and Raleigh. Only downside is it takes forever to turn left out of the complex at certain times.

Living here has been great. The management staff has been very helpful during our move and were very welcoming to me and my significant other. Their maintenance team answers their work orders in a timely manner. The community is very calming and well maintained.

We are a family of 5 and have been here for a little over a year. It is very quiet, pet friendly, the management is always organizing activities for young and old in every season, food trucks during the month, as a mother who sometimes gets tired of cooking this is very convenient! all the people who live here are very friendly, in summer we love to go to the pool and have a barbecue, many neighbors do the same and on several occasions we share. There are also many children and it is fun to see how everyone can play together in the park or soccer.Last but not least, they always respond on time to maintenance requests and solve problems.

We loved living at Beaver Creek. It’s such a convenient location and the office staff is wonderful. They plan fun events to bring the apartment community together and they are prompt with maintenance requests. We felt cared for while living in these apartments!

It has been a positive experience living here for the last year. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive. Maintenance is quick and efficient if there are ever problems. And there are often community events like food trucks!

In the 8+ years I have lived at Beaver Creek, I am on my 6th set of property managers and staff. I was very reluctant and hesitant as to how this new crew would be.Out of the previous 5, only one was good, so yeah I was not too happy but to my surprise, I have been proven wrong.Management & Staff - Shannon our new Property Mgr. Goes out of her way to come out of her office and greet my fur baby Duke, she's spoiled him with the rubbing of his ears and now he commands it each time we visit the office.Morgan & Amanda are extremely pleasant and professional and make your time visiting the office for questions or just to say hi fun.I enjoy sharing stories of all that has gone on in the time I have lived here.Maintenance Team - Shaum, the Team Supervisor is such a sweet man. No matter how busy or stressed out he is, he always has a beautiful smile on his face. He has yet to take out bad days on staff or residents. We now how two new team members who are just as friendly and professional.Pricing: Because of the management changes, long time residents no longer get a 3% rent increase, its the same as everyone else but Apex is growing and generates many out of state people who can afford the market rates. It is the same everywhere you go, renting in Apex has become expensive. The positive about Beaver Creek; nice community, close to everything and mostly quiet. We have some amazing neighbors, and have become close friends with many.We have a lot of kids who I enjoy talking to and Duke loves his little friends. The majority of the kids are respectful and courteous, parents are doing a great job in raising them, I spend quite a bit of time talking with them and listening to what they are sharing.I am very fortunate, the area where I live is extremely quiet.Pool is awesome and we all enjoy pool time. The staff plans events for everyone in the community and a lot of fun to attend. My particular unit has not had any issues at all, when there is a maintenance issue, it is taken care of immediately, I've yet to repeat any work orders.Negative things about Beaver CreekWalls are thin but the buildings are 20+ yearsThere is water leakage and Management is doing everything to get the issue resolved. Some residents tend to take advantage of the pet issue by having more dogs than allowed, they don't clean up after their dogs.I do notice as I walk my dog that some locations do have parking issues and there are many units who have 3 cars plus their work vans and trucks. It would be great to have at least 1-2 assigned parking per unit.My biggest complaint is the Indian Catholic Church on Vision Drive, it is directly in back of some of the units, they have events daily until midnight, kids screaming in the parking lot, their outdoor events are extremely loud, this is not an issue that can be taken care of by Management unfortunately.Beaver Creek is a good community to live in, I would say it's safe, we along with other apartment complexes and housing developments get our share of issues, sadly in these times, no one is immune to crime.I will be leaving my current unit after 9 years and moving into a townhome, so yes, Beaver Creek is my home.I hope you give this community a chance and really check it out before making a decision based on the reviews.**not a paid endorsement**

? Horrible place to lease. I lived there for 15 years ( like an idiot)I went to the BBB of eastern NC 2 times, still did nothing. Even with pictures. I fell ill and before I could turn in my 60 days notice, I was asked to leave by the management. I have friends in high places and it was a Wednesday I was asked to leave and that they would not renew my lease. THANK GOD , I had a place to live that following Saturday. BELIEVE me, I know the place WELL !The only thing I missed were my flowers. I replaced them. so when you read all the bad things about beaver creek apt/townhomes it is so very true. They even had balls to send me a bill for replacing the carpet, I laughed so hard I peed my pants. the carpet was not new when I moved in, so they had a deep clean done. THE CARPET IS SUPPOSE TO BE REPLACED EVERY TIME THAT APT IS RENTED OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE. IT IS THE LAW. had water leaks often and I cannot say enough about the mold. I think that is why I became ill.All the good reviews are from landlords or the company that really own them.

Competitive rent price for a two master bedroom townhome, great pool, very near to shopping, and all the staff I encountered were professional and helpful.
