Bee Safe Storage has been a great experience from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding—everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the process easy. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and I always felt safe and comfortable being there, even when I was alone.
I also used their box truck when moving out, which was incredibly helpful. It was very affordable, super clean, and made the entire move so much easier. Highly recommend Bee Safe Storage to anyone looking for a secure, well-run storage facility with excellent service!

Rent Increases over 60% in less than a year. They get you in and raise rates to bleed you dry. Facility and staff are wonderful, but this business practice borderlines a scam. Be careful.

We made a reservation for a storage unit 6 days in advance. Since we are responsible people we paid for it on the spot. For some reason it changed our reservation date to that day on its own, why?
Of course there's no one to talk to about this so now we have to rush out and get our things out without preparation.
If I could five 0 stars, I would.

Caroline at the desk was amazing!! She was so welcoming, helped me get all set up with my unit, and adjusted something when a price was wrong. The space is incredibly clean and well maintained, so I will definitely be using this unit for a while.

I'm new to the area and new to Bee Safe. This is a very nice storage facility; clean, easy to get to, with a friendly & knowledgeable front desk staff. Caroline at Bee Safe Storage at Creekside Landing Drive was efficient & accommodating for my rental arrangement and help me pick was what just right for my wine storage needs! Thanks!

I’m very glad I found Bee Safe storage. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other storage facilities, and I am thankful to have found a place where the employees and management seem to really care and are passionate about the company! Mike and Caroline are really nice and super helpful. The facility is well cared for. Regarding climate control, heat and humidity levels are well managed. I like to keep a hygrometer in my units to monitor temp and humidity, so I can speak to this. Being on site is a very pleasant experience! Thanks 😊

Michael was able to assist me with identifying a unit that fit my needs. The facility is air conditioned and very neat and clean. They offer on site roller carts that are extremely helpful. His ability to make this process easy was a big reason I chose this location.
Also- they offer the service of keeping a key onsite which makes using the facility easy. There is a way to also keep a list of approved access for people who may work for you and need to access the unit if you’re not here. I liked that service very much.
