The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. However, I'm disappointed with the quality of the gel polish. I chose gel because it typically lasts me a little over two weeks, but this time my nails started chipping just four days later. Even regular polish would have lasted longer. I’ll be returning to my usual salon for more durable, long-lasting results.

Thin is the best nail artist I have ever met. I rarely do my nails but I love when she does them. She removes my previous nails so carefully and ensures my nails don't become paper thin and still have integrity. She is so funny and always has great conversations and makes me feel comfortable. Her nail art is also so good, her talent and artistry really shows. I will only go to Thin from now on!

I have come here for years with multiple family members. I will never return. Their hours say close at 7 pm. I walked in the door at 6:30 and not even knowing what I needed I was told by the nail tech at the door. We are closed we do not have time for you. Well Bella nail salon as a mother who works and has children who have needs until the evening I too have no time for you.

Received an excellent French Gel from Thin on saturday. I loved that she checked in with me with each step asking if all was what I wanted.

Sam was amazing! He took his time and did exactly what I wanted. I got tips with SNS and honestly I think it’s the best nails I’ve ever had! My new nail place I’ll be back!!!

Don’t make an appointment at this place cause they don’t owe up to their appointments. They gave me a appointment for 12:15 got there ten minutes early for them to tell me they couldn’t take me until 5pm. What was the point of me making a appointment? That was crazy never will be go here again.

I hadn't been here since last summer, but did have a good experience so decided to go back. My only complaint is that it would be nice for someone to acknowledge you upon walking in and waiting. My pedicure was done by Yai, who did an excellent job and was very friendly. I highly recommend Yai!

I really like a few of the ladies that work there. They do great work, but I can't go back on Saturdays. There are children running around and making a lot of noise. Several of the kids kept bumping into me while I was picking out a color and I nicely asked them to be careful and they just kept at it. Nobody asked them to move. This also happens after school on weekdays too. When I go for a pedicure I want to relax.

I called l and made an appointment for a pedicure. Upon arrival I was barely greeted. Then I was made aware that there card machine wasn't working. I wanted to get an upgraded pedicure but only cash for a regular pedicure. The pedicure was ok but the customer service was not great. It just seemed like they could care less about having customers. The place doesn't seem the same, I used to frequent when Kaitlyn was there and she was awesome. The card machine was working by the time I got ready to leave which isn't their fault,but the customer service really needs to improve. I tipped for the time but even the check out process wasn't friendly. I want to begin getting frequent pedicures but I will not be returning.
