Great sales experience. I described what I was looking for, the sales guy pulled a Sirrius 6 off the rack, 30 minutes later it was in my truck heading to the trail. Great ride, and follow up on a tech question the next day.

As busy as the store was, there was someone that took their time with me and let me "test ride" a bike. It was difficult personally, as i haven't ridden and decades and was unsure and nervous. They matched me up with a bike for my needs and i was very pleased with the outcome.

Awesome shop. They swapped groupsets for me and I'm super happy with the result. A pretty unusual request also - Shimano electronic to Campy mechanical. No more creaky bottom bracket and the shifting is ultra crisp. The cable management up front also looks very clean. The price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes I have received and they are very communicative over text.

Was in town for a long weekend and rented a demo MTB to ride the local trails. The staff at the shop were friendly and very helpful guiding me to the best trails to ride. The mechanic set the bike up perfectly for my weight and the bike performed flawlessly. Overall great experience.

Customer Service is dead . . . But not at the Bicycle Chain! Ryan helped me pick out a new road bike, and couldn’t have been more helpful. He helped explain everything to me, put together a new bike rack, and made sure I felt comfortable with all of my questions.
I have been to this location twice now and both times the team here has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you’re new to cycling or a seasoned rider!

Edit: June 2024: Still loving this place. Aaron tuned up my wife's bike quickly (and for free) as part of their service/maintenance package since we bought the bike there.

I bought 2 new bikes and a trunk rack here. Mike and Jonah were very helpful. The bikes were setup well when we picked them up, and Jonah was happy to make a few adjustments to tweak one bike a bit as well. He also helped me figure out how to use the trunk rack.
I will happily go back for any other bike needs.

This is a great neighborhood bike store. Great products and extremely professional. Bought my bike here. Elise and customers service help me out with a new seat today. I highly highly recommend these guys.

Had a good experience at Bicycle Chain getting a tune-up and minor repairs on my bike. Elise was great. She walked me through the repairs and completed them in a timely fashion. I was only without my bike for 2 days. Price was also very fair. Thanks!
