Caliber in Apex handled our repairs which included some electrical and/or sensor troubleshooting. When we picked the car up and turned the ignition on, a warning appeared on our dashboard saying that the auxiliary battery was malfunctioning. This was in their parking lot with expectation that all issues resolved. We drove home as we had no alternative and I called Taylor the next day to communicate the issue. Since then, there has been no follow up from Caliber. Taylor knows the issue and said he would get his technician to look at but never called back to set up. I called a few times and Taylor remembered the issue and told me he’d pursue but he never followed through. This kind of loose end at the end of a mostly positive experience left us dissatisfied and disappointed in Caliber. Be wary of their communication and follow up early and often to keep them accountable

My car was repaired and at the time I got my car back I didn’t inspect the interior of my vehicle,later on I discovered traces of rats urine and poop all over inside the car. I contact Caliber Collision to let them know what’s going on ,and I visit them to show them the interior of the car, they never admit or knowledge anything or taken responsibility. They have may car for 30 days While doing the repair they took the door out and left the car exposed,they didn’t protect the interior of my car .The only thing they say was didn’t happen here but they gonna contact the manager to see if they authorize a detailing company to clean the car and will be in contact with me by the end of the day and I still waiting for that call. who’s gonna ride around with a car full of rat shit and urine
I took my car to get it disinfected and cleaned properly. Caliber collision Apex never called or taken responsibility for there mistake

This establishment is fantastic! Can’t express my gratitude more. My car came back looking brand new! Shout out to the painter! Amanda, the service provider, was absolutely great. She kept me updated along the way with all repairs. I got my car back before estimated date, which was even better.

I had a minor issue with rusty bolts in the rare trunk door, which hold the license plate. They broke and got stuck inside. It was planned to come for an estimate, and then for the actual repair another day. Amanda took the car to the specialist, and returned it after 15 muinutes all done. I enjoyed the speed and the quality of service. I highly recommend the place.
