Rich and his wife, Jennifer, were wonderful to work with. We worked with their team to do a complete kitchen renovation - Knocking down walls, rerouting plumbing, electrical, new cabinets and countertops, etc. This was the first time my wife and I have taken on major projects in our home and were diligent in our search for contractors.Rich stood out from the rest - He was kind, informative, and helped walk my wife and I through the process and helped us decide on a final design. He was extremely patient with us as we made tweaks to the plan along the way and helped us arrive at a solution for each change.He not only acted as our general contractor who coordinated with the carpenters, drywall specialists, plumbers, and electricians, but he went above and beyond by sharing his wisdom on how I should go about completing some of my own projects around the house - i.e. laying hardwood flooring, replacing and resizing windows, etc.I highly recommend reaching out to Rich and the Carolina Cabinet Company for your next project. We certainly will!

I cannot recommend these folks enough. I originally called them when I thought I would just add a few cabinets to my new house. Rich came out and walked me through the modest change and Jennifer sent over a very reasonable quote quickly. I ended up changing my mind and instead gutted an entire kitchen. Rich came back out to walk me through some options and Brian did a great rendering to show me my options of the kitchen. Ordering was quick, installation easy to schedule and the workmanship perfect.The Applebys went above and beyond at every step of the process. I am new to renovations and Rich patiently answered every question. I would enthusiastically recommend these folks and would happily hire them again.

On July 30th, we had an in-home consultation with Rich, the owner. He was very nice and we had an enjoyable conversation, explaining in detail what we were looking for... We received a randation that was not what we asked, but rather what he wanted. We had to follow-up several times, and we never received a quote. Guess, business must be good, as he did not need ours... He never followed up and never got back to us! What a waste of our time!!!We have been waiting diligently for Rich's responses. Amazing how this is now our fault, but a follow-up would have been nice, if that was the case. We have been the ones following up with him, consistently. On August 21st, we were told that you were still working on the design, and it was not finalized at that point. And we were also still waiting to hear back about the glass pieces with specs.Instead, we got someone else that took the time and designed the project with us, and we already have a delivery date set. It just took four days to get that done!Very disappointed, that's all.

We absolutely love our new cabinets!!! The entire process was smooth and they informed us every step of the way with what to expect. We would highly recommend and our next cabinet project we will be going with these guys! Thanks for everything!
