I am SO glad I found this shop!! They have done an incredible job on one of our cars (twice now - different incidents) and could not be more pleased! Their prices are very fair, service is superb and John and Wes are absolutely amazing!! I have referred them to several friends - really am so grateful for Cary Collision! I was scheduled to have 2 repairs done and they did a good job on the first repair for reasonable quote however forgot to complete second repair. I took it back a second time and waited for the repair to be completed on my side mirror only to find that the repair was done on the opposite mirror. When questioned, they could not provide pre and post repair pictures to prove to me the other mirror was also defective. The last photo I have of the vehicle shows the mirror in normal condition. Therefore, I paid for a repair that was not complete. They offered to repair the original mirror without labor costs, however I would have to purchase the parts. Overall, disappointed with that compromise and the lack of photo evidence pre and post repair. Will not return or recommend.

I brought my Prius in to have the front bumper skirts replaced that were the results of parking too close to a curb. Cary Collision Center did a fantastic job, were honest in the price, and had my car ready that afternoon as promised. Super-nice people to work with and they do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish! I had significant damage to the door of my new car, and they were able to give me a thorough, accurate quote on the spot. They took the car in the following week, had the repairs done quickly and it looks perfect. Very highly recommend!

The price was reasonable and repair job was very well done, completed in a timely manner, and slightly under the estimate. The staff were all great and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Cary Collision Center today. I called and spoke with Wes on the phone and he was very kind and willing to help. Then stopped by for the issue with my car and Wes spoke with me about solutions and was very helpful and caring about the quality of work. Overall a 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back for any work needed in the future!

Cary Collision was very helpful in repairing our Ford Edge front end bumper and headlight damage. We got a quick and reasonable quote. They ordered the parts same day and started the repairs the next week. Amanda was great to work with, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Cary Collision. It was one of the best service experiences we have had in a ling time!

I was experiencing lifting in my window moldings that are no longer covered under warranty or insurance due to it being normal wear. I went to Cary Collision for an estimate and they ordered the parts and completed the work. The service was great and the job was done correctly and promptly. I'm grateful that I don't have to worry about water leaks, air drafts, and other conditions that could be hazardous by proactively getting this repair completed. I was pleased with the service and the work done on my vehicle.
